Programming
cable

Start
with
the
steps
described
in
item
B
Connect
both
black
cables
of
the
decoder,
one
to
each
clamp,
of
the
programming
cable.
Click
with
the
mouse
to
the
required
decoder
number
to
select
it.
The
white
circle
will
be
marked
with
a
black
point
inside
Now
press
the
F6
key
or
click
the
[F6
–
program
decoder]
button.
The
LED
of
the
decoder
should
be
on
steadily
Do
a
short
cut
between
the
red
and
the
blue
cable
of
the
decoder
earliest
after
2
seconds,
in
order
to
confirm
the
address
Now
the
decoder
should
give
5
short
flashes.
Should
this
not
be
the
case,
repeat
the
procedure
starting
with
item
3
Note:
With
the
programming
cable
it
is
not
possible
to
check
the
function
of
the
decoder.
If
you
want
to
do
that,
please
connect
a
solenoid
to
the
red
and
the
blue
cable
and
activate
the
decoder.
For
deactivation
of
the
decoder
click
[F2
–
close
decoder]
Write
down
the
decoder
number
on
the
name
plate
of
the
decoder!!
The
decoder
is
now
ready
for
installation.
In
order
to
program
further
decoders,
please
repeat
the
whole
procedure.
Important:
The
standard
decoder
type:
PD5/AC
‐
X
(incl.
multi
‐
station
‐
decoder)
part
no.:
ZH90378
produced
later
than:
week
12
‐
04
has
to
be
programmed
in
the
same
way.
These
decoders
are
infinitely
programmable
also
