D3 Moving by Crane

Preparations

Foldable Cover (multi-layer
plywood sheeting)

Climbing Shoe RCS

Guardrails

Assembly

1. Mount the top Slab and Climbing

Shoes (44a) on the next floor slab.
Open guiding skids on the top Climb-
ing Shoe (44a), deactivate the climb-
ing pawl.

2. Activate climbing pawls on the mid-

dle Slab Shoe (44b). The load is still
carried on the bottom Slab Shoe
(44c).

3. Remove temporary connections be-

tween the Climbing Units.

4. Dismantle formwork in the area of

the slab edge.

5. Mount trailing guardrails (85).
6. Fold up Foldable Covers (41) and se-

cure.

7. From a safe position, attach crane

lifting gear to Crane Eye BR-2 2.5 t.

8. Leave climbing enclosure and area of

risk.
