Set output format
lets you specify the format of the output file such as
Microsoft Word 6.0. See “Export File Formats” on page 120 for a list of
supported formats. If you do not specify the output format before
creating a new job, the default format is ASCII text.

Set output file
takes as a parameter a string which specifies either a name
or the full path name for the output file. A full path name for a file is
made up of the volume name followed by a colon, the name of each of
folder followed by a colon, and the file name.
