How to Set Jumper (JP1)

l

Jumper (JP1) is for selecting output format of øZ position feedback signal.

l

Jumper is inside of the Driver Unit. When setting Jumper, remove the side cover of the Driver
Unit. Follow the procedure in Appendix 4: How to replace ESA13 Driver Unit.

l
