Jump to the designated step in a file if the designated input is on, or
jump to the next step if the designated input is off.
If the designated value is out of range (00~13), then the motion stops
and error message ("INPUT RANGE OVER") is displayed.
If the designated step is out of range (00~95), then the motion stops
and error message ("STEP RANGE OVER ") is displayed.
