“TX” is the parameter setting the maximum value of finish point in linear interpolation. It does not require axis assignment, and
should be set with an unsigned 31-bit value.
The linear interpolation is calculated based on the value set by this command.
When using this command, the linear interpolation maximum value must be manually set by interpolation mode setting command
(2Ah).
