If you click “Submit” button after you have changed the setting listed below, the following
message will be displayed if clicking.
“ All servers need shutdown to apply the changed setting(s). Do you want to apply the
changed setting(s)?"
If you click “OK” button, either of two following messages will be displayed.
” The requested changes has been saved, and will take effect at next all servers boot.”
The changed setting will be saved, but changed setting will be not applied dynamically.

IMPORTANT:
 The following message will be displayed before five minutes to
go, when the maintenance mode was enabled.
 “Maximum Ambient Temperature” setting is available by the
management firmware 3.1.0.7 or later. (The version of 3.1.0.6
does not exist)
 When the setting of the ambient temperature is changed and
the version of Management Firmware is 3.1.0.7 or after, NEC
ESMPRO Agent is needed to be uninstalled once and installed
again.
Follow the steps as below or consult the maintenance service
company for details.
1) Uninstall NEC ESMPRO Agent
2) DC power off for all servers.
3) Update the managemenet firmware to version of 3.1.0.7 or
after if it is 3.1.0.5 or before.
4) Change the setting of the ambient temperature
5) DC power on for all servers
6) Install NEC ESMPRO Agent
