command:

If the system now boots properly(or in the case

of a fresh install gets you to the EULA screen

on the serial port), it means that the issue has

been resolved. After you log in to the Server

Manager, go to the Date time panel and verify

the date time settings and the time-zone.We

recommend that you enable the Network Time

Server if you have access to one.

Execute the

dmesg

command and analyze

the output.

If you see "sched: RT throttlingactivated" soon

after "IP-Config: Complete",it means that the

system is experiencing too much network traffic

and is using too many CPU cycles to handle

the network traffic.
