are not enabled.
If the management tool fails to
launch:

Click on the Firefox button and
then select
Options
.

Select the
Privacy
panel.
3.
Set
Firefox will:

Make sure

sites
is selected.

Click
Exceptions....

6.
Make sure the MiVoice Business
system you're trying to access isn't
listed.
7.
If it is listed, click on its entry, then
click
Remove Site
