Initial Setup
If this is to replace a
controller action:
•
make sure that SYSID
is transferred from old
platform to new platform
or make sure that you
have a new sysid if
applicable.
•
Clear the original
hardware ID from AMC
•
User SI or ESM to
perform AMC sync
after the installation is
complete.
If failed, confirm Hardware
ID for ARID is correct. If
not, clear hardware id from
AMC and perform a re-
sync.
If it is partially failed and all
license option returns with
0 in ESM or SI after ARID
was taken, please verify if
software assurance in AMC
is expired or not.
