The head restraints cannot provide the inten-
ded protection unless they are fitted and
adjusted correctly. There is an increased risk
of injury to the head and neck in the event of
an accident or sudden braking, for example.

and lower position. If the centre seat of the rear
bench seat is occupied, the head restraint must
be in the upper position.

Folding the seat cushion on the rear
bench seat up/down

The seat cushion on the rear bench seat may
only be folded up when the vehicle is station-
ary. During a journey, the seat cushion on the
rear bench seat must be folded down and
secured to the floor using the hook provided.
Driving with the seat cushion folded up is not
permitted.
