Size child restraint systems
Observe the following notes:
R
if you are using a forward-facing child restraint system of group I: if possible, remove the
head restraint of the respective seat. Furthermore, the backrest of the child restraint system
must, as far as possible, rest against the backrest of the seat.
R
after removing the child restraint system, fit the head restraint without delay and adjust all head
restraints correctly.
R
for certain child restraint systems of weight category II or III there may be limitations for the
maximum size setting, e.g. due to possible contact with the roof.
R
make sure that the child's feet do not come into contact with the front seat. If necessary, move
the front seat slightly forwards.
R
