Mercedes-Benz emergency call centre are avail-
able to you around the clock.
The emergency call buttons can be found in the
vehicle overhead control panel (

You can also establish contact via the multime-
dia system (

Please note that Mercedes me connect is a
Mercedes-Benz customer service. In emergen-
cies, always call the national emergency serv-
ices first, using the standard national emer-
gency call numbers. In emergencies, you can
also use the Mercedes-Benz emergency call sys-
tem (

page 164).
