Activating or deactivating DSR (Downhill Speed
Regulation)
Requirements

You are driving at 24 mph (40 km/h) or
slower.
If the vehicle speed is too high, the
Max.
speed 40 km/h message appears on the driv-
er's display.

Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC, cruise con-
trol, the variable limiter and recuperation level
DAuto are switched off.

Active Steering Assist
▌ Function of Active Steering Assist
Active Steering Assist is available up to a speed of
130 mph (210 km/h). The system helps you to
stay in the center of the lane by means of moder-
ate steering interventions. Depending on the
speed driven, Active Steering Assist uses the vehi-
cles ahead and lane markings as a reference.
