(5) Clean the camera mounting surface with alcohol.
(6) Move a dial gauge along the hatched surface (see the figure below) to check for the parallelism
with the C mounting surface. The parallelism must be within 0.05. (Apply Locktite 242 to the
fixing screws.)
(7) In the reverse order of steps described above, return the camera and light unit to their previous
positions, and then adjust the focus.
(For focus adjustment, refer to "Camera focus offset" of the MS parameters.)

the machine's head height.
Use holes a for 12 mm head height.
Use holes b for 20 mm head height. (The
figure above shows the mounting method
for 20 mm head height.)
