<Procedure> 

Timing belt T 

c

 Loosen the setscrew. Then 

measure the tension of the timing 
belt T with a tension gauge while 
adjusting the tension adjustment 
screw. 

Rev. 2.00 

Tension gauge set values

  Check that the tension is within the 

proper tension range: 8

  After the tension has been   

adjusted, remove the adjustment   
screw. 

 

Apply Loctite 242 to the 

θ

-motor mounting screws

  (4 pcs.) and tighten them with a 

tightening torque of 2.3 Nm. 

 

When tightening the setscrew of the 

θ

-motor pulley, make sure to align the orientation 

of the flat part of the 

θ

-motor shaft and the setscrew of the pulley and fix them in the 

orientation indicated in the figure. Tighten the setscrew with a torque of 0.5 Nm.
