[Meaning of LED]

11 LEDs are mounted on the SAFETY board and have the following meanings.
Meaning of LED

LED1：非常停止スイッチ、XY軸リミットセンサ、X_STOPセンサ、

センサ、カバーオープンスイッチ（CE）のいずれかが

エリア
検出された時点灯。この時サーボ電源（AC200,AC34V）はONしない。

XY４軸ドライバがアラーム時に点灯。

LED3：Zθ軸ドライバがアラーム時に点灯。
LED4～7：XY軸のマグネスケールがアラーム時に点灯。
LED8:カバーオープンが検出された時点灯。
LED9：未使用。

ED10：未使用。

LED11：フィーダ浮きセンサが検出された時点灯。

LED 1: Lights up if activation of the emergency stop switch, XY-axis limit sensor,

X-STOP sensor, area sensor, or cover open switch (CE) is detected.
Even if this occurs, the servo power supply (AC200, AC48V) is not turned
on.

LED 2: Lights up if an alarm occurs in the XY 4-axis driver.

LED 3: Lights up if an alarm occurs in the Z

-axis driver.

LEDs 4 to 7: Light up if an alarm occurs in the magnescale of the XY-axis.

LED 8: Lights up if the cover open is detected.

LED 9: Not used.

LED 10: Not used.
