4.4.7 Emergency

Screen

This screen appears when any abnormality is detected in the microscope. The item
concerning the abnormality is underlined and the left side lamp lights up. This screen
will disappear when the cause of the abnormality is removed. The abnormality sign left
displayed unless the abnormality is removed.
