Wobbler
Used to select a wobbler.
HT:
Oscillates the high voltage. This is used for voltage center
adjustment.
OBJ:
Oscillates the objective lens current. This is used for current
center adjustment.
Image X:
Activates the image wobbler. The wobbler current oscillates in
the X direction when this is selected.
Image Y:
Activates the image wobbler. The wobbler current oscillates in
the Y direction when this is selected.
Freq/Amp:
Opens the EOS Property screen (
F
Sect. 4.4.6h).

Screen
This moves up and down the fluorescent screen.

OPEN:
Moves up the screen to incline it at the angle selected in the
Angle box.
Angle:
Select the screen tilt angle (7

or 90

).

Settings
Opens the Setting screen.

OUF:
OFF, 1, 2 and 3 are provided. Used to set the OUF (Optical
Under Focus) value (1, 2. 3). The focus value is set to the
original value when OFF is selected. The value is set to the
small value when “1” is selected and to the large value when
“3” is selected.
STD Focus:
Changes the focus value to that is designated by the JEOL
service engineer.
