Loading the Specimen Holder with a Specimen

Insert the cartridge removing tool into the cartridge fixing nipper at the
specimen holder end, open the nipper by raising the tool and remove the
cartridge from the holder.

Loosen the specimen securing plates, rotate the specimen securing plate
and remove the specimen.
