Holder
Used to select the specimen holder to be used.

Apply
The system confirms the selected specimen holder when this button is clicked.
③
Holder Exchange
Clicking this button moves the specimen to the neutral position. This is used when
removing the specimen holder from the goniometer.

Speed Control
X, Y, Z:
Vary the specimen shift speed using the triangle buttons.
Tilt X:
Varies the specimen tilt-X speed using the triangle button.
TiltY/Rot:
Varies the specimen tilt-Y speed (or rotation speed when a
rotation holder is used) using the triangle button.
Set:
Sets the selected speed.

Mode
Off:
Selects the MDS (minimum dose system).
Search:
Selects the MDS-Search mode.
Focus:
selects the MDS-Focus mode.
Photo Set:

This is for setting the beam blanking time.
