Rectifying Faults

Faults related to the “Rotation speed” parameter

Fault

The table does not move.

Possible cause

Measures

Personnel

The “Rotation speed” parame-

ter is not activated.

Activate the parameter.

Operator

The table is blocked by for-

eign objects.

Dismantle table and remove foreign objects.

Operator

The load is too heavy, making

the drive too weak or causing

it to overheat.

Reduce the load.

If the drive has overheated, the process can be

continued after it has cooled down.

Operator

The drive has heated up too

much, and has been turned

off automatically.

Let the equipment cool down. Ensure that the air

vents on the side are unobstructed.

The cable from the shaker to

the control rack has been un-

plugged.

Plug in the cable.

place the control rack (see chapter 10.2, page
