5 Transport and Storage
WARNING
Improper transport, use of incorrect auxiliary equipment and
careless handling of the equipment may lead to injuries and
significant damage to property.
– Never lift or transport the equipment alone.
– Never transport the equipment without using transportation
safety devices (foam wedges).
– Never push the equipment as this could result in the feet
being damaged or the base plate being dented.
5.1 Symbols on the Packaging
Top
Marks the top of the equipment.
The package must be transported
and stored in a way that ensures
that the arrows always point up.
Fragile
The content of the package is
fragile. Do not drop the package
and avoid impact.
Protect from humidity
Protect the package from humidity
and keep it dry.
5.2 Transport Inspection
When you receive the delivery, immediately inspect it for complete-
ness and any potential damage sustained during transport.
If you can see damage from outside, proceed as follows:

Do not accept the delivery or only under reserve.

Make a note of the extent of the damage on the shipping doc-
uments or on the carrier’s delivery note.

Lodge a complaint
INFORMATION
Lodge a complaint for each defect as soon as you detect it.
Claims for compensation can only be asserted within the claim
period in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
