The file name format is as follows.
File Name Value of Device Address_YYMMDD_hhmmss.CSV

File Name: The text entered in File Name or the text entered according to the value of the device
address set by Specify File Name by Value of Device Address
Value of Device Address: The lower 3 digits of the value of the device address configured by
