Year is a 4-digit integer.
Month is an integer 1 to 12.
Day is an integer 1 to 31 (depending on the
month).

The HP 8590-Series analyzer returns the
instrument timedate in the format:
YYMMDDHHMMSS. The HP ESA
analyzer returns the format: +YYYY, +MM,
+DD for the date query, and +HH, +MM,
+SS for the time query. Both individual
SCPI queries need to be sent in order to
receive the same amount of information as
was given with the single HP 8590-Series
query.
