adds

constant

Oset
The
phase
oset
function
adds
a
xed
phase
shift
to
each
frequency
point
of
the
current
selected
trace
.
It
also
changes
the
marker
value
.
Phase
oset
can
be
set
independently
for
each
parameter
in
each
channel.
When
the
phase
oset
value
is
other
than
0
degrees
for
the
current
parameter
,
the
D
enhancement
annotation
appears
on
the
left
side
of
the
CRT
to
indicate
that
phase
oset
is
applied
to
the
current
trace
.
