FUEL SYSTEM

INSTALLATION

Install the air cleaner housing from right side to the frame.

Install and tighten the mounting bolt (1 no.) from left side.

Remove the mounting bolt (1 no.) from left side.

Remove the air cleaner housing from right side.

BOLT

AIR CLEANER

HOUSING

AIR CLEANER

HOUSING

BOLTS

BAND

SCREW

Install the mounting bolts (2 nos.) from right side.

Connect the crankcase breather hose.

Connect the air cleaner connecting boot and tighten the
band screw.

ASV HOSE

Connect the air secondary valve (ASV) hose.

Route all hoses

as shown on

page (1 -18 to

1-24).

Take care of

the direction of

the band screw

while installing

as shown.
