Removal of the front panel

1 

Remove the central panel air filter in line with the instructions 

given in chapter 

“7.8.2 Removal of the air filter”

2 

Remove the screws from the lower part of the front panel.

?

N O T E

•  RPF-(1.0-2.5)FSN2E: 4 screws.
•  RPFI-1.0FSN2E: 9 screws.
•  RPFI-1.5FSN2E: 10 screws.

Remove the 11 set screws and remove the front panel.

Removal of the fan motor

1 

Remove the air inlet grille as indicated in chapter 

“7.8.1 Removal of the air inlet grille”

.

2 

Remove the air filter as indicated in section 

“7.8.2 Removal of the air filter”

.

3 

Remove the four set screws from the fan motor assembly plate and remove it.

4 

Disconnect the wiring from the fan motor connector. Remove the wiring board and the connector.

5 

Remove the cover by pressing the four attachment points inwards.

6 

Loosen the bolts using a wrench.

7 

Remove the securing plate.

8 

Remove the fan motor by sliding it backwards.

N O T E

Be careful when releasing the fan motor, as it could fall.
