The OCP includes four LEDs that indicate system status information.

Green
Ready
. Illuminated when power is on. Blinking when there is tape drive or robotics
activity.

Amber
Clean
. Illuminated when the tape drive has determined that a cleaning cartridge should
be used. Cleaning is only necessary when the device directs you to do so. Additional
cleaning is not necessary.
3.
Amber
Attention
. Illuminated if the device has detected a condition that requires attention by the
operator.
4.
Amber
Error
. Illuminated if an unrecoverable error occurs. A corresponding error message
displays on the LCD screen. For more information, see
page 145.
