Cassette Handling Storage 

Cassettes will last indefinitely when handled/stored 
properly (no cigarette smoke, no exposure to extreme 
temperature cycles, general storage temperature of 
15-30C).  The cassettes can be handled/touched 
anywhere on the cassette, with the exception that we 
recommend minimizing contact in the black regions 
towards the center of the cassette as those are the 
optical regions.
