Moxi GO II – Tray insert replacement procedure
Background
A new cassette tray design has been created for the Moxi GO II to allow users to address
the occasional need to clean the system cassette tray of adhesive build-up. The adhesive
build-up can eventually lead to increased resistance to the insertion and removal of
cassettes from the system. For customers with the initial cassette tray design, the update
would require sending the system into Orflo Headquarters for cleaning/replacement. The
new tray insert allows users to simply remove a tray insert (that has the adhesive build-up),
replacing it with a new insert.
System Requirements and Ordering Information
The new cassette tray design, that accepts the disposable inserts, must first be installed by
Orflo Technical Support. To modify a system with the older cassette tray, please contact
Orflo Technical Support
855-879-6694, Option 1 or Tech_support@orflo.com to have a
return material authorization (RMA) issued and the upgrade to be scheduled. Visual
verification of the base tray installation can be made by noting the white/natural plastic insert
(red arrow in image below/right) or (if no insert installed), the two grooves on the black tray
(red arrows in image below/left)

Complimentary replacement inserts (up to 5 per instrument, per year) will be
provided for systems under warranty.
