the bottom-left corner of the quadrant plot and the spillover population/cluster into the bottom
right corner of the quadrant plot (as shown in the image below – bottom/left). Note: If there is
no dark/control cluster on the displayed test, it is possible to use a negative control test as the

difference in the y-axis median fluorescence intensity (MFI) levels for the two clusters (i.e. -
82.95mv in this case, image below – bottom/left). To compensate the data, it is necessary to
reduce this number (to as close to zero as possible) to eliminate the effects of the spillover.
