The up/down arrows on the histogram can be used to resize the histogram y-axis (scaling). The
“Print BMP” button will save a Bitmap (image, .bmp) file to the Moxi GO II data disk (in the main
“Test-Files” folder for single runs or the batch folder for batch runs). That image will be an exact
representation of the “Results Summary” screen.
Touching the “Save” button for a Single Run Cell QC test, will save the data (.FCS format) and
will return the system to the Home Screen. For Batch Runs, the system will proceed to walk the
user through loading more samples as described below in the “Cell QC – Test Output –
Continuing Batch Testing” section.
Quadrant – Data Summary Table Output (Apoptosis, GFP, Cell Health)
For the Apoptosis, GFP, and Cell Health tests, the system provides an alternative
representation of the quadrant (PMT vs PMT gated) data. Following gating of the PMT vs PMT,
quadrant view (example in image above/left for an apotosis assay), the user has the option of
touching the “Summary” button. This button brings up a table and bar chart output (example in
image above/right for the same apoptosis assay). That table provides the per-channel
fluorescence summary data (above the bar chart) as well as the four quadrant data summaries.
The labels are automatically provided, appropriate to the particular assay being run.
Analyzing/Gating the Data
For tests other than the PBMC, CAR-T, and Cell QC tests, the test results are presented to the
user immediately following a test in the form of a scatter (dot) plot (below/left) for fluorescent
tests or as a size-only histogram (below/right, “Size Histogram” test only).
Note: Details on the
PBMC, CAR-T, and Cell QC tests test outputs can be accessed as described in their respective
sections of the User Guide.
