For a reference bead set, the user has the option of adjusting the size markers so that new 
lanes are demarcated for identifying the beads.  In doing so, the system will automatically 
update all three of the above indicators.  An example for moving the columns in a way that 
removes beads from falling into the detection lanes is shown in the image above – bottom/left.  
Note (for that screenshot) that there are only two red-dotted clusters, only two beads numbers 
at the top of the graph, and two of the (four) expected beads are listed in red with a red x 
(below) indicating they were not found.  The main criteria for the system not finding beads is the 
concentration (particle count) in the defined size lane/category.
