7.  Select “Start” or insert a new cassette and close the door to begin the test (start the 

laser alignment).  See “Running a Test - General Instructions” above for further 
detail. 

 

“GO Flow” Tests (Simplified version of “Open Flow”)  

The “GO Flow” app is meant to simplify, expedite, the “Open Flow Cytometry” selection process 
by automatically selecting the PMT1 (525/45nm) channel as the “Display” channel and the 
PMT2 (“Long Pass”, either 561nm/LP or 646nm/LP) as a recorded channel.  The only remaining 
selection options are the “Fluorescence Gain” per-test adjustment drop-box and the 
“Compensation Values” adjustment drop-box (see below).  GO Flow tests are still saved with 
the “Open-“ file naming notations.
