Air Filter Bowl

Assembly

• Check that the electrical resistance between the nozzle plunger and the clamp on the earth

(ground) wire is less than 10 Ohms before each use. If it is greater than 10 Ohms, identify
and repair the issue before use. Contact FFS if you have questions or need assistance.

• Inspect the earth wire and connections for corrosion or damage, rectify as required.

• You may occasionally observe some material that has been deposited on the inside of

the outlet cone of the NV-ST-1000 TankSafe™ Delivery Unit. This is a normal result of use,
and deposits may be removed by rinsing with water. The deposit material is non-toxic and
biodegradable.

• Lightly oil the end door locking mechanism as required to help ensure smooth operation.

• Check the TankSafe™ product pickup tube for blockage or damage. Clean, repair, or replace

as required.
