Maintenance

• Inspect the compressed air connections before each use to make sure the rubber seal (part

number NV-020d) is in good condition. If the seals are not in acceptable condition, replace
them before use.

Rubber Seal

• Inspect the whole length of the air hose for splits, abrasion, or holes.

• Make sure the connection is tight and the hose/ferrule joint is not damaged.

• Make sure the air connectors all fit together and onto the NV-ST-1000 TankSafe™ Delivery

Unit correctly.

• Replace the air filters (part number NV-020c) a minimum of every six months to prevent

clogging. Replace them sooner if you detect dirt or fungus buildup on the elements.

Air Filters

• Inspect the Air Filter Bowl (part number NV-020a). Inspect the O-ring (part number

NV-020b) and Auto-Drain for wear or damage. Replace the entire Air Filter Bowl if you find
any damage on the O-ring, Auto-Drain, or the Air Filter Bowl.
