Choosing a Smart Domination Box number to put into boot mode

Next, open the BootLoader program. The “Control point (smart)” tab should appear in

the program, you must go to this tab. The number of the Domination Box should be visible
on the right panel. Now you can go directly to the firmware update:



Using the File/Open command (or using the Ctrl + O key combination), select the
KTS_flash_loader_part_1.lzt file previously downloaded to the computer’s hard disk.

Click the “Open” button. If the file does not determine the device’s ownership or
the file is damaged, an error message will be displayed. In this case, deselect the

file - click the cross next to its name.



If the file is selected correctly, the “Start” button becomes active by clicking on
which the process of recording a sound file begins. The progress bar at the same

time shows the percentage of firmware completion. The green LED - the power
indicator of the device blinks at a high frequency.



After the first part of the sound file has been recorded, on one of the indicator posts
the lower LED lights up in green. After a while (from 30 seconds to 2 minutes), the

LED flashes 3 times, which indicates a reboot of the DBs.



On the right panel of the BootLoader screen, a line appears with the device ID and

the “+” sign in place of the progress bar.



Click on the “Stop” button.



Similarly record audio files to the device KTS_flash_loader_part_2.lzt и
KTS_flash_loader_part_3.lzt.



At the last stage, it is necessary to flash the file of the main control firmware of the
Domination Box - KTS_vX.X.X.lzt (where X.X.X is the version number of the

firmware). The process is similar to recording audio files. The only difference is that
at the end of the firmware, the Domination Box automatically goes into standby
mode. If the ARENA program is running, DB connects to the server (the four

middle LEDs on the racks begin to periodically change the color of the glow),
information about the Domination Box reappears in the status panel of the game

devices.



If a failure occurs during the firmware update, the procedure should be repeated.



If during the firmware the “Stop” button is pressed, the Domination Box will remain
unflashed and the procedure should also be repeated.
