Operating Instructions

Modular Safety Control System MSC

9.4.5.5. Delay line (DELAY LINE)

This operator makes it possible to apply a signal delay and switches

the output to "0" after the time set if there is no signal on the input.
If the input returns to "1" before the time set has elapsed, the OUT

output always generates a pulse LL0 (FALSE). The duration of this

pulse corresponds to twice the response time and the pulse LL0 is

delayed by the time set.

Parameter

Time: The delay can be set to a value between 10 ms and 1098.3 s.

Unlike the DELAY operator, the DELAY LINE operator does not filter out any interruptions on the input shorter than the

time set.

This operator is displayed on the usage of delayed OSSD (OSSD must be programmed with RESTART MANUAL).
