INTRODUCTION
THE PEOPLE THIS MANUAL IS INTENDED FOR
This manual is intended for installers in order to supply them with all the information required to design, install and
set up an anti-theft system which uses the new Elkron WL31 Wireless system devices.
THE MANUAL’S ORGANIZATION
This manual is divided into chapters. Even if, some of these can be skipped, depending on personal knowledge
and experience, our advice is to read them all since they contain information which can add to the existing
competences.
Chapter 1.0 ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS AND TYPES OF CONNECTION shows the alarm systems, the technologies
used and how these are designed. Its reading is suitable for those who have never installed an anti-theft system or
for those who have only employed the line technology.
Chapter 2.0 THE WL31
WIRELESS SYSTEM shows the system’s characteristics and its reading is suitable for
those who are using it for the first time.
Chapter 3.0 INSTALLATION OF THE WL31 SYSTEM explains how to install all the devices and how to set up the
WL31 system.
Chapter 11.0 SYSTEM TEST AND DELIVERY explains the way to carry out final tests and to deliver the system to
the final customer.
Charter 12.0 SYSTEM CARE shows the different maintenance, updating and daily care required of the WL31
system.
