Some control panels also enable the automatic activation/deactivation of the anti-theft system at pre-set hours.
One of the most important phases of system designing is the final check, during which it is necessary to verify that
all the devices required to obtain the pre-set results have been positioned. Some of the questions to be asked are
as follows:
Is there at least one detector to protect each door/window?
Is the number of perimeter detectors equal to the number of doors and windows? If not, why not?
Is it necessary to install “trap” protection detectors?
Even if it is not immediately necessary, could a communicator be required later on? In this case will the place
chosen for the control panel still be suitable?
Is the external signalling device always easily visible from the street or from other frequented areas? If someone
wanted to reach the siren or the warning light, would it be easy to do so?
Are the detector
s divided into more than one sector? Are these sectors suitable for the users’ needs?
What activators have been set? If no keyboards have been set, are the number of remote controls or electronic
keys sufficient?
