8.7 SETTING - EXCLUDE/INCLUDE [30]

Purpose:
This enables the voluntary exclusion, or a new inclusion, of a system input or detector. The purpose is to avoid a
stimulus of the input or detector, caused when the system is on, starting the alarm. This function can be useful, for
example, to temporarily exclude a damaged detector.
How to do it
:
1. Press

to access the system detectors and Inputs list and use the

to scroll up and down this
list. Warning: only the “Excludible” programmed Inputs are displayed.
2. Using the
OK
key, select the detector or input whose status must be modified. The detector status is shown as
“Included” or “Excluded”, depending on the situation.
3. Use the
key to choose the “Exclude” or the “Include” action depending on the situation. When an input or
detector is excluded, the following icon is shown on the display
.
4. Confirm using the
OK
key.
8.8 SETTING - TIME AND DATE [31]
Menu > Setting > Setting - Time and date

Purpose:
This enables you to set the current day, month and year on the system. These will then be used by the EVENT
MEMORY. The information relating to the time and date is constantly shown on the display, in the pre-set format
and alternated.
