4. When the LED switches off again, press and release the detector tamper. The LED starts to flash again to show
that the information is being transmitted to the control panel.
5. The control panel, after recognizing the information and acquiring the device, makes a series of acoustic signals
(“beeps”) and the display shows the message « MMnn Acquisition -Contact », where nn indicates the address given to
the device.
Advice n. 1
: take note of this address and write it on an adhesive label to place on the back of the
contact (this will be useful during the configuration phase). Note down the same address on the
programming tables situated at the end of this manual.
Advice n. 2
: if the control panel does not acquire the device, carry out its reset according to the
instructions contained in the DEVICE RESET paragraph.
6. The detector LED remains on to confirm that it has been acquired. This signal is useful to remember which
devices have already been acquired. The method to switch the LED off will be explained later.
4.1.4 HP30WL SIREN
1. Remove the protection cover by unscrewing the three screws positioned on the front.
2. Remove the anti-breaking internal cage by unscrewing the two screws positioned on the front.
3. If present, remove the anti-passivation bridge from the connector of each battery. Connect the 2 batteries to the
2 free polarized connectors.
4. The LED turns on with a fixed light for about 4 seconds and then it flashes for about 5 seconds.
5. Position the bottom of the siren on a flat surface. When the flashing turns off, press and release the siren
tamper without removing the protection tape: a click will confirm that the contact is closed. The flashing starts
again to show that the information is being sent to the control panel.
