Taratura
Note
La taratura del dispositivo si
rende necessaria ogni qualvolta si
debba intervenire sul gruppo leva
cambio ad esempio dopo aver sosti-
tuito la leva con una nuova, ecc...
La taratura della leva per il
comando elettrico del cambio
prevede l'impiego della centralina di
controllo cambio (A) (in dotazione)
cod. 286.1.025.1A .
●
Collegare il connettore (B) al
cablaggio presente sulla leva
cambio.
Il controllo avviene piegando
manualmente la leva mobile (2) che
agendo sull'interruttore magnetico
(3) determina la simulazione della
"cambiata" procurando l'accensione
del led rosso (C) della centralina di
controllo.
Importante
La taratura ottimale si ottiene
quando il punto di "scatto"
dell'interruttore magnetico, quindi
l'innesto della marcia, avviene oltre
la metà della corsa massima di
piegatura della leva mobile (2)
rispetto al braccio fisso (1).
Se ciò non avviene il sistema può
essere tarato allentando la vite (A) e
spostando il sensore (3), il led rosso
(C) si deve accendere dopo che la
leva ha effettuato una corsa a vuoto
(gioco leva) di circa
1
o
2 mm
.
Setting
Note
This device must be set each
time the gear change lever is
serviced, for example, after fitting a
new lever, etc.
Set the electric gear change lever
with the help of the (supplied) gear
change control unit (A) part no.
286.1.025.1A.
●
Connect the connector (B) to the
gear change lever wiring.
Check by pulling the mobile lever
(2) by hand. It will simulate a “gear
change” by triggering the magnetic
switch (3) and will cause the control
unit red warning led (C) to turn on.
Caution
For an optimal setting, the
magnetic switch “triggering” point,
namely the gear engagement, takes
place beyond half of the mobile
lever (2) max.operating stroke with
respect to the fixed arm (1).
If this is not the case, set the system
loosening screw (A) and moving
switch (3). The red warning led (C)
must turn on once the lever has
completed a free stroke (lever free
play) of about
1
or
2 mm
.
