Procedere al rimontaggio degli
ingranaggi sugli alberi del cambio.
La figura a fondo pagina mostra tutti
i componenti che devono essere
installati sull’albero primario, con i
rasamenti (1) e (2) di estremità
precedentemente calcolati e
quelli da installare sull’albero
secondario, con all’estremità i
rasamenti (3) e (4) calcolati.
Occorre prestare particolare
attenzione quando si montano gli
ingranaggi folli. Riportiamo
l’esempio del montaggio degli
ingranaggi della 3ª e 4ª velocità e
relativi componenti di fissaggio
sull’albero secondario:

Installare l’anello elastico (5)
verificando che risulti completamen-
te inserito nelle sedi dell’albero.
Per fare ciò utilizzare la canaletta
apposita (cod. 041.1.235.1B ).

Introdurre nell’albero, fino a
contatto con l’anello elastico appena
montato, la rosetta a tre punte (6).

Lubrificare abbondantemente con
grasso prescritto la gabbia a rullini (7)
ed accompagnarla in sede,
aprendola quel tanto che basta per
introdurla sull’albero.
ASSEMBLING THE GEARBOX
SHAFTS

Fit gears onto gearbox shafts.
The figure below shows all parts
belonging to the primary shaft, the
end shims (1) and (2) -as previously
calculated- and those parts
belonging to the secondary shaft
with shims (3) and (4) -as previously
calculated.
When fitting idle gears, proceed
with maximum care. The
instructions below describe how to
fit gears for 3rd and 4th speed and
all parts required for securing these
gears to the secondary shaft.

Fit the snap ring (5) and make
sure it is fully seated into the shaft. It
is recommended to use the suitable
tool (part no. 041.1.235.1B) .

Fit the three-tipped washer (6)
into the shaft so that it rests against
the snap ring.

Lubricate the needle roller cage
(7) with abundant specified grease
and then seat it. Open the cage just
enough to fit it onto the shaft.
