Montare il bocchettone (9) al di
sotto della flangia, insieme l’OR (10)
interno alla flangia (11); infilare il
tutto nella flangia filettata (12) e
bloccare con l’anello elastico (13).
▲
Avvitare l’insieme così ottenuto
sul semicarter interponendo la
rosetta (14) e, dopo aver orientato
correttamente il bocchettone (15),
avvitare il grano (8) nella flangia
filettata (12) sigillare il tutto con uno
strato di THREE BOND onde evitare
trasudamenti di olio.

Inserire sulla vite di fissaggio (16)
del dispositivo fissa marce, il saltarel-
lo (17), la rosetta (18) e la molla (19).

Applicare bloccante prescritto sul
filetto della vite (16).
▲
Installare il dispositivo sul
semicarter lato frizione,
posizionando l’estremità della molla
(19) dietro l’apposita nervatura del
carter.

Bloccare la vite (16) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta.

Fit the filler (9) under the flange
and the OR seal (10) into the flange
(11). Fit the whole assembly into the
threaded flange (12) and keep in
position with the snap ring (13).
▲
Screw the unit onto the casing. Fit
the washer (14) in-between and
position the filler (15) properly.
Screw dowel (8) onto threaded
flange (12). Apply THREE BOND so
as to avoid oil dripping.

Fit the ratchet (17), the washer
(18) and the spring (19) onto the
retaining screw (16) of the gear
stopper.

Apply the specified threadlocker
to the screw threading (16).
▲
Fit the device onto the casing on
clutch side; position the spring end
(19) behind the case bead.

Tighten screw (16) to the
specified torque.
