MONTAGGIO COPPIA
PRIMARIA
▲
Installare sull’albero il distanziale
interno (1) con il lato piano rivolto
verso l’esterno.
▲
Introdurre il pignone (2) sull’albero
motore con la dentatura di comando
pompa olio verso il carter.
▲
Installare sull’albero motore la
rosetta (3) e il dado (4), lubrificato
con grasso prescritto.
▲
Utilizzando l’attrezzo
041.1.078.1A , fare reazione
sull’ingranaggio e bloccare il dado (4)
di tenuta pignone (2) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta, serrando con
chiave dinamometrica, in senso
orario.
●
Verificare che tra la coppia di
ingranaggi non ci sia interferenza.
●
Ribadire la rosetta (3) sul pignone,
in corrispondenza della fresatura, e,
in posizione diametralmente
opposta, sul dado (4).
ASSEMBLING THE PRIMARY
DRIVE GEARS
▲
Fit the inner spacer (1) into the
shaft; flat side should face outwards.
▲
Fit the sprocket (2) into the
crankshaft; sprocket teeth for oil
pump control should face the
crankcase.
▲
Lubricate nut (4) with specified
grease and then fit washer (3) and
nut (4) into crankshaft.
▲
Hold the gear with tool part no.
041.1.078.1A and then tighten the
sprocket (2) nut (4) to the specified
torque. Turn clockwise with a torque
wrench.
●
Check that the gears can move
freely.
●
Bend washer (3) onto sprocket -
close to the milling- and on nut (4)
on the opposite side.
