GEARBOX
Check the condition of the driving
gear front coupling dogs.
Check the condition of the selector
gear teeth. There must be no signs
of cracks or forcing marks.
Check that the idling gears run
smoothly on the shafts.
If the gearbox has been
disassembled, check the condition
of the splines on the gearbox shafts.
GRUPPO CAMBIO
Controllare lo stato di usura degli
innesti frontali degli ingranaggi
conduttori.
Controllare le condizioni dei denti di
tutti gli ingranaggi cambio: non
devono presentare cricche o
evidenti segni di impostazione.
Verificare la scorrevolezza degli
ingranaggi folli sugli alberi.
In caso di smontaggio, verificare le
condizioni delle scanalature degli
alberi cambio.
