Eseguire le stesse operazioni per
il montaggio delle guarnizioni OR e
della cartella (29) sul lato
distribuzione.
▲
Bloccare le 11 viti di fissaggio alla
coppia prescritta, seguendo la
sequenza numerica riportata in
figura.
▲
Montare sulle cartelle lato
distribuzione i perni per il fissaggio
dei tenditori, adoperando frenafiletti
prescritto. Per il serraggio dei perni
tenditori adoperare l’attrez-zo
speciale cod. 88713.1821 serran-
dolo alla coppia prescritta.
▲
Montare il tappo uscita olio (30)
sul lato aspirazione.
Pulegge distribuzione
●
Verificare che la sede della
linguetta sull’estremità degli alberi
distribuzione risulti integra e senza
bave.
▲
Installare una linguetta (31) nella
sede di ogni albero distribuzione.
▲
Assemblare i componenti che
formano l’assieme puleggia
inserendo la flangia (32) e la
puleggia (34), fissando il perno (33),
la ghiera (35) e la rosetta copriperno.
Note
Dal momento che
successivamente si procederà alla
regolazione della fase, utilizzare una
ghiera di servizio (A) e una rondella
di servizio cod. 713.1.014.1D del
diametro di 31 mm .

Inserire nelle pulegge l’attrezzo
88713.1806
per bloccarne la
rotazione.

Follow the same procedure for
the OR seals and the cover (29) on
timing side.
▲
Tighten the 11 retaining screws
to the specified torque, following the
number sequence shown in the
figure.
▲
Fit the pins for tensioners into
the covers on timing side. Apply the
specified threadlocker. Tighten the
tensioner pins to the specified
torque using tool part no.
88713.1821 .
▲
Fit the oil plug (30) on intake side.
Timing belt rollers
●
Ensure that the keyway on
camshaft ends is undamaged and
without burrs.
▲
Fit a key (31) into each camshaft
seat.
▲
Assemble the parts belonging to
the roller unit: fit the flange (32) and
the roller (34), secure with the pin
(33), the ring nut (35) and pin
washer.
Note
As later timing needs
adjustment, use a service ring nut
(A) and a service washer part no.
713.1.014.1D
having
31 mm
diameter.
●
Fit the tool part no. 88713.1806
into the rollers so that they cannot
turn.
