You can download new software programs automatically, then the
updating is operated at the time you specified beforehand.
When the rewriting state is ready, the “Rewrite notification” icon appears.
Then you can confirm the rewrite time and select whether to change the
rewrite time or rewrite the program immediately.
When a rewrite time comes with the “Rewrite notification” icon
displayed, rewriting is automatically carried out and the “Rewrite
notification” icon is erased.

You cannot change “Set auto-update” when the notification icon of software update is displayed on
the Stand-by display. In that case, select the notification icon, and clear that icon without confirming
whether the software update is required. You are then able to change “Set auto-update”.
